Madura sate is famous for its delicious taste because the spices seep into the meat.

You can make Madura sate from this delicious dish for a new year's grilled dish. Use chicken thigh fillets so that the meat is more tender and the spices are easily absorbed.

Ingredients: 

• 4 pieces of chicken thigh fillet, take the meat and set aside the skin

• 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon cooking oil

• 22 skewers

Peanut sauce ingredients:

• 200 grams of peanut skin, roasted, mashed

• 3 curly red chilies, fried

• 4 pecans, fried

• 2 large red chilies, fried

• 3 tablespoons of brown sugar comb

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 500 ml hot water

Sumentary ingredients:

• 4 pieces of rice cake

• 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

• 3 limes

• 2 tablespoons fried shallots for sprinkling

• Chili ingredients (mash):

• 15 pieces of red cayenne pepper, boiled

• 4 curly red chilies, boiled

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make Madura chicken satay:

1. Make peanut sauce first. Puree peanuts, curly red chili, candlenut, large red chili, brown sugar, and salt. Pouring water. Cook until cooked and thick. 

2. Ambil 150 gram sambal kacang, kecap manis, dan minyak goreng. Aduk rata. Celup ayam di dalamnya. Lumuri sampai rata.

3. Tusukkan ayam di tusuk sate. Bakar sampai setengah matang. Lumuri lagi dengan campuran kacang. Bakar lagi sampai matang.

5. Sajikan sate bersama sambal kacang, pelengkap, dan sambalnya.
