Ingredients: 

- 500 gr young goat meat

- skewers 

- 4-5 tbsp sweet soy sauce 

- 1 tsp Pepper powder

How to make: 

1. Clean the meat from the white layer that sticks to the meat. Cut the mutton into cubes. 

2. Place the meat on a flat plate. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and add a little ground pepper. Stir well the meat and soy sauce, let stand for 1 hour to absorb. 

3. Put the meat on a skewer, grill half-cooked, turn the satay onto a plate with soy sauce, season again and bake again until cooked.
